Scope of Work
The required services include, but are not limited to, furnishing all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, and other items necessary for:
- Custodial Services: Ensuring cleanliness of working environments, including waste removal to collection points. Excludes repair work.
- Pest Control Services: Conforming to an Integrated Pest Management Plan for unwanted vegetation, invasive plants, nuisance, structure-damaging, lawn, turf, ornamental, public health pests (e.g., cockroaches, termites, mosquitoes, bedbugs), and vertebrate pests (e.g., mice, rats, pigeons).
- Grounds Maintenance: Services for prestige areas, lawns, fields, operational areas, and storm water systems, including mowing, trimming, edging, trash/debris removal, aeration, de-thatching, fertilization, irrigation system operation/maintenance, and tree/vegetation control.
- Pavement Clearance: Sweeping services to ensure roads and paved surfaces are free of debris. Excludes repair work unless damaged by the Contractor.

Submission Requirements

- Indication of capability to provide services.
- Intent to submit a proposal as a prime contractor.
- Full company name and address.
- CAGE Code and DUNS Number.
- Size status (e.g., small business, 8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB, WOSB).
- Customer references for similar Facility Support Services performed within the past seven years, valued at $100,000 or more per year. References should detail client name, POC, contact info, contract number, title, location, dates, amounts, description of work, and role (Prime/Sub/JV).
