This notice is for market research purposes to identify potential offerors for Facility Support Services at Marine Corps Reserve Training Center, Kaneohe Bay, HI. It is NOT a request for proposal, quote, or invitation for bid.

The scope of services includes, but is not limited to:

• Custodial Services: Cleaning of working environments, waste removal.

• Pest Control Services: Conformance with Integrated Pest Management Plan for various pests (insects, rodents, birds, etc.).

• Grounds Maintenance: Prestige areas, lawns, fields, operational areas, storm water system maintenance, mowing, trimming, aeration, fertilization, irrigation, tree maintenance, and weed control.

• Pavement Clearance: Pavement sweeping services for roads and paved surfaces.

• NAICS Code: 561210

• Size Standard: $47 million

• Contract Term: One-year base period plus four one-year option periods and one six-month option period (maximum 66 months).

• Procurement Method: Contracting by Negotiation.

• Non-recurring work: May be issued via FedMall using Government purchase cards.

Interested sources must complete and submit the attached sources sought questionnaire (Excel format) via email to Kimberly.d.groce.civ@us.navy.mil by 2 February 2026.

Respondents must indicate:

• Capability to provide the required services.

• Intent to submit a proposal as a prime contractor.

• Full name and address.

• CAGE Code and DUNS Number.

• Size status (small business, 8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB, WOSB).

• Customer references for similar services performed within the past seven years, valued at $100,000.00 or more per year (details specified in the questionnaire).

• This is for information and planning purposes only.

• It is not a commitment to issue a solicitation or award a contract.

• No award will be made on responses to this notice.

• Based on responses, the Government will determine the set-aside method for the procurement.
