Contract Details
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation issued under NAICS 339920, Sports & Athletic Goods Manufacturing, with a 750-employee size standard. The contract type will be Firm-Fixed Price (FFP). Award will be made on an all-or-none basis using Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation criteria. Offers must conform to minimum requirements and specifications and will not be considered if they exceed available funds. Delivery is required within 90 days ARO, FOB Destination, with all items delivered on or before May 25, 2026. This acquisition is subject to availability of funding per FAR 52.232-18.
Eligibility & Submission
This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. Only quotes from SAM.gov registered small businesses under the specified NAICS code will be accepted. Wholesaler NAICS codes are not accepted. Offerors must have an active SAM.gov registration and include their CAGE/Unique Entity ID and Federal Tax Number. A critical eligibility requirement is the completion of a Cyber Security Basic NIST Assessment (NIST SP 800-171) within the past three years, in compliance with DFARS Clause 252.204.7012.
