Scope of Work
The contractor will provide all labor, personnel, tools, parts, and supervision necessary to perform comprehensive maintenance on fitness equipment across three JBMDL locations: McGuire Fitness Center, Griffith Field House (Fort Dix), and Lakehurst Fitness Center. Services include:
- Preventive and Remedial Maintenance: Cleaning, lubrication, adjustment, and replacement of worn or defective parts.
- Inspection and Repair: All equipment must be maintained in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
- Parts Management: Replacement parts must be ordered within 24 hours of an initial service call. Only OEM parts are authorized, and COR approval is required for parts exceeding $500.
- Technician Requirements: Technicians must possess at least five years of specialized experience and relevant manufacturer certifications.
