• Machine Service Frequency: Service is required twice per month.
• Maintenance Visit Details: Refer to Section 2.1 of the PWS for specifics, which include:
  • Inspection of equipment defects.
  • Monthly lubrication and adjustment of moving parts, cables, and guide rods.
  • Quarterly interior cleaning of cardiovascular equipment.
  • Ordering and installation of replacement parts.
  • Calibration of electronic components.
  • Repair/replacement of worn upholstery.
  • Maintenance of a service log for each piece of equipment.
• Parts Ordering System:
  • For parts under $500, the contractor orders and invoices the cost.
  • For parts over $500, contractor must obtain approval from the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) before ordering.

• Technical submissions will be evaluated for acceptability against PWS requirements.

• Price will be evaluated based on total evaluated price.

• This acquisition is set aside 100% for Small Business.

• The solicitation incorporates FAR clauses 52.212-1, 52.212-3, and 52.212-4 by reference.

• Payment requests and receiving reports must be submitted through the Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF) system.

• BPA ordering limits: Maximum Call Limit of $25,000 and an Annual BPA Limit of $250,000.

Amendment / Modification

This amendment modifies solicitation FA448426Q0003, dated February 25, 2026. The primary purpose is to adjust the quantities for several Contract Line-Item Numbers (CLINs) to align with the number of machines specified in the original solicitation.

Specifically, the changes are:

• CLIN 0001: Quantity adjusted from 17 to 20 (an increase of 3).

• CLIN 0002: Quantity adjusted from 71 to 66 (a decrease of 5).

• CLIN 0003: Quantity adjusted from 38 to 34 (a decrease of 4).

• Supplies or Services & Prices or Costs (CLINs 0001, 0002, 0003 quantities and associated amounts).

• List of Attachments: The attachment titled "BPA_Pricing_List_Equipment_Based" has been deleted.

All other terms and conditions of the original solicitation remain unchanged. Bidders should acknowledge receipt of this amendment. The effective date of this amendment is March 3, 2026.
