Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This solicitation is for the dismantling, removal, layout, procurement, delivery, and installation of furniture at Building 1651, 2nd Floor SRF building, U.S. Naval Base Sasebo, Japan. The procurement requires the provision of all necessary labor, tools, materials, and equipment.

• Dismantle existing furniture and partitions.

• Remove and install new floor tiles (approximately 64 square meters).

• Dispose of removed partitions and floor tiles.

• Provide, fabricate, and install new furniture including:

  • L-Shaped Desks with Under Desk Cabinets (6 each)
  • Cubicle Panels with Upper Cabinets (30 each)
  • Printer Wagon (1 each)
  • Lateral Cabinets (3 each)
  • Tables & Chairs (2 tables, 8 chairs)
  • Cafe Counters (2 each)

• All furniture must meet specified dimensions and have a cohesive design and color scheme (wood-grain tables and dark chairs are preferred).

• The contractor must assign a Contractor Project Manager (CPM) responsible for management and communication.

• Comply with all Sasebo Naval Base safety and security regulations.

• The contract is a Firm Fixed Price type.

• Delivery and installation are to be completed within 60 days After Date of Contract (ADC).

• Payment will be made in Japanese Yen (JPY).

• Offer Due Date: February 27, 2026, 10:00 AM.

• All questions must be submitted via email by February 20, 2026, 10:00 JST.

• Site visit is scheduled for February 18, 2026, at 13:00 JST. Attendance must be confirmed by February 11, 2026.

• Evaluation will be based on Price and Past Performance.

• The acquisition is currently UNRESTRICTED.

• Government Furnished Material (GFM): None.

• Government Furnished Equipment (GFE): None.

• Government will provide water and electricity.
