Scope of Work
The primary requirement involves furnishing all labor, tools, materials, and supervision to:

- Install new water hoses, drain lines, and dryer venting from the appliance to the wall connection point.
- Properly dispose of all old appliances and related materials off-base.
An optional CLIN covers the removal and replacement of 36 side-by-side washer and dryer units (18 in Building 205 and 18 in Building 207), including associated hoses, drain lines, and venting. Funds are not currently available for this optional CLIN, and its award is not guaranteed. Work is to be performed Monday through Friday, 0800 to 1600 hours. Buildings 205 and 207 have stairwell access only (no elevators).
