The contractor is responsible for the proper off-site disposal of all old appliances and related materials, as no dumpster will be provided.
An optional CLIN covers the removal and replacement of 36 additional units (18 side-by-side for Building 205 and 18 for Building 207), with similar requirements for hoses, venting, and disposal. Funds are not currently available for this optional CLIN, and its exercise is not guaranteed.
Work is to be performed Monday through Friday, 08:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Buildings 205 and 207 are three-story walk-ups with no elevators, requiring careful planning for delivery and removal.
