- Install new water hoses, drain lines, and dryer venting from the appliance to the wall connection point.
- Properly dispose of all old appliances and related materials off-base.
- Optional Task: Remove and replace 36 side-by-side washers and dryers (18 units each) in Buildings 205 & 207. (Note: Funds are not currently available for this option).
Work is to be performed Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with daily site cleanup. Buildings 205 and 207 are three-story walk-ups without elevators, requiring delivery truck staging within 100 feet of the entrance.
