• Site Maintenance: The work site must be maintained clean and free of debris daily and upon completion.

• Damage: Contractor is responsible for immediate notification and repair of any damage to government property.

• Hazardous Waste: Contractor is responsible for the use, generation, and disposal of any hazardous waste in accordance with federal and state regulations.

• Safety: Contractor must comply with all OSHA and NEC requirements, as well as specific Air Force safety guidelines.

• Inspection: All work is subject to inspection and acceptance by Dorm Management before payment. A post-service walkthrough and punch list process will be followed.

• Period of Performance: 120 days after contract award.

• Place of Performance: Dormitory Buildings 214, 216, 205, and 207 at Minot AFB, North Dakota.

• Contractor Personnel: Employees must not pose a threat to health, safety, or security. Personnel clearance and access coordination with the Contracting Officer is required.

• An optional quantity for 18 side-by-side washers and dryers for Building 205, and 18 side-by-side washers and dryers for Building 207 is included (CLIN 1001). Funds are not presently available for this optional line item, and no contract award will be made until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to not exercise this option.
