• Work must be completed in a manner that creates minimum disturbance and inconvenience.

• All work must comply with applicable building standards and codes, as well as OSHA and NEC requirements.

• Contractor must maintain the work site clean and free of debris daily.

• Operational (O&M) manuals for new appliances must be provided to Dorm Management prior to final invoice.

• Period of Performance: 120 days after contract award.

• Physical Work Completion: Must be completed no later than 5 business days after installation.

• Place of Performance: Minot Air Force Base, ND 58705, specifically Buildings 214, 216, 205, and 207.

• Access: Buildings 205 and 207 are three-story walk-ups with no elevators. Delivery truck staging must be within 100' of the entrance.

• Contractor Personnel: Shall not employ individuals identified as a threat to the installation. Personnel clearance and access coordination with the Contracting Officer is required.

• Government Inspection: All work is subject to inspection and acceptance by Dorm Management before payment.

• Damage to Government Property: Contractor must immediately notify Dorm Management and the Contracting Officer of any damage and will repair at their own expense.

• Hazardous Waste: Contractor is responsible for the use, generation, and disposal of any hazardous waste.

• Safety: Compliance with all OSHA and NEC requirements. Adherence to Air Force Voluntary Protection Program (VPP) is required.

• Base Access: Strict adherence to base access procedures, including vehicle inspections, obtaining passes, and providing required documentation (driver's license, registration, insurance). Personnel must adhere to the REAL ID Act of 2005. Firearms are prohibited on base. Criminal records may prevent base access.

• Site Conditions: Requires free and clear hard surface access, suitable parking/off-loading areas, and a threat condition level of Bravo, requiring base access coordination. Includes electric power, working lights, heating, and air conditioning at the work site.

• Two copies of the quote are required: one original and one redacted copy for technical evaluation (removing all company-identifying information).

• This acquisition is set-aside for 100% Total Small Business Concerns.

• An optional quantity for 18 side-by-side washers and dryers for Building 205, and 18 side-by-side washers and dryers for Building 207 is included (CLIN 1001). Funds are not presently available for this optional line item, and the Government reserves the right to not exercise it.
