Scope of Work

- Optional Task (CLIN 1001): Removal and replacement of 36 additional units (18 side-by-side for Building 205 and 18 side-by-side for Building 207). Funds for this optional CLIN are not currently available, and award is contingent upon funding.
- Disposal: Proper off-base disposal of all old appliances and related materials is the contractor's responsibility; no dumpster will be provided.
- Work Hours: 08:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- Warranty: A minimum one-year warranty for parts and labor on equipment defects, a three-year warranty for major components, and a workmanship/installation warranty are required.

Submission & Evaluation
