Sustainment work covers exterior painting; repairing and painting/tiling interior walls and ceilings; and repairing cracked/broken concrete sub-base.

Replacements include deteriorated roofing, flashing, metal roof, drains, gutters, disfigured window/door screens, all interior doors and hardware, closet shelving, kitchen/bathroom cabinets, fixtures, hardware, range hoods, garbage disposals, all vinyl composition tile and sheet vinyl, and all sewage/domestic drain, cold/hot water, heating/cooling piping and associated hardware.

Electrical updates include all lighting fixtures, switches, electrical outlets, wiring to National Electrical Code (NEC) standards, and TV, telephone, and internet access receptacles/wiring.

Modernization work includes installation of additional lighting fixtures, electrical outlets, and TV, telephone, and internet access receptacles/wiring.

Site improvements involve demolition and replacement of existing mechanical, water utility, and sanitary sewer piping, and installation of new water meters and fire water distribution systems.

Hazardous materials remediation for asbestos, arsenic-containing gypsum board, and PCBs is also required.
