Services involve weekly pick-up and delivery, monthly "in-place" calibration, and a mandatory one-week turnaround time for calibrations. Urgent requirements must be addressed within 24-48 hours. The contractor is responsible for providing plastic shipping containers.

Submission Requirements

Offerors must submit:

• Completed Gage Calibration Questionnaire (Attachment 0006), a mandatory "Yes/No" form verifying technical capabilities, logistics, and compliance (e.g., ability to work in explosive hazard buildings, DBIDS access, WAWF invoicing).
• Technical Capability Statement/Brochure detailing skills, areas, and how PWS requirements will be met, including previously worked contracts related to gage calibration.
• Laboratory Accreditation Certificate(s) to ISO/IEC 17025 for all performing laboratories. Subcontracting is permitted, but subcontractor accreditations must be provided.

Evaluation Criteria

Award will be made to the offeror providing the best value to the Government using a trade-off process.

• Factor 1: Technical (More important than Price) - Rated "Acceptable" or "Unacceptable" based on the capability statement and questionnaire.
• Factor 2: Price - Evaluated for reasonableness. Price importance increases as technical differences decrease.
