Scope of Work

- Testing and Calibration: Approximately 3,000-3,300 gages calibrated yearly and 150 bi-annually. Services cover Dimensional, Electrical, Mechanical, Mass, Force, and Weighing Gages, and TMDE.
- New Gage Services: Purchase and calibration of new gages.
- Remediation: Costs for remediations after initial calibration/repairs before determining gage failure.
- Logistics: Weekly pick-up and delivery of items, with a mandatory one-week turnaround for calibrations. "In-place" calibration is required monthly.
- Accreditation: All calibration must be performed by an ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratory to NIST Standards.

- Accreditation: Copy of Laboratory Accreditation Certificate(s) showing accreditation to ISO/IEC 17025 for all performing laboratories.
- Registration: Offerors must be registered in SAM.gov at the time of response.
Evaluation Criteria
Award will be made to the offeror providing the best value to the Government using a trade-off process.
- Factor 1: Technical (more important than Price). Proposals will be rated "Acceptable" or "Unacceptable" based on the technical capability statement.
- Factor 2: Price. Price reasonableness will be evaluated. Price importance increases as technical differences decrease. The Government intends to make an award without discussions, unless necessary.
