Scope of Work

Conducting an entire system check, diagnosing, and troubleshooting the existing HVAC system, which includes one 14-ton Daikin VRV-IV Heat Pump unit and four Daikin air handler units.
Providing all necessary materials and labor for repairs, including the replacement of up to 6 faulty valves or fittings, or other discovered issues, after informing the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).
Recharging the entire second-floor HVAC system with R410A refrigerant and ensuring it is fully operational.
Performing a complete system inspection, including pressure and vacuum testing, of the newly repaired system.
Ensuring all work complies with applicable codes and manufacturer guidelines, specifically using brazed fittings for refrigerant lines.
The primary contractor must perform a minimum of 51% of the labor.

Period of Performance: Anticipated to begin March 2026 and conclude by April 2026. Work must commence within 2 weeks of contract award and be completed within 21 days after the Notice to Proceed.
