  • Providing all necessary materials and labor for repairs, including the replacement of up to 6 faulty valves or fittings, or other discovered issues, after informing the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).
  • Recharging the entire second-floor HVAC system with R410A refrigerant and ensuring it is fully operational.
  • Performing a complete system inspection, including pressure and vacuum testing, of the newly repaired system.
  • Ensuring all work complies with applicable codes and manufacturer guidelines, specifically using brazed fittings for refrigerant lines.
  • The primary contractor must perform a minimum of 51% of the labor.
