Scope of Work
The contractor will perform complete troubleshooting and repair of the HVAC system for Building 26. This includes:
- Systems: One 12-ton Daikin VRV-IV Heat Pump (1st floor), one 14-ton Daikin VRV-IV Heat Pump (2nd floor), four stand-up units and one air handler (1st floor), and four air handler units (2nd floor).
- Issues to Address: Suspected refrigerant leaks and low refrigerant on the first floor, and previously detected leaking elbow and two leaking couplings on the second floor.
- Services: Provide all necessary materials and labor for repairs, including brazing of fittings and refrigerant lines (no compression/crimped fittings). Recharge the entire HVAC system with R410A refrigerant (estimated up to 75 lbs).
- Inspection: Conduct a complete system inspection, including pressure and vacuum testing, for both floors after repairs.
- Compliance: All work must comply with codes and manufacturer guidelines.
- Deliverables: Detailed findings of troubleshooting to the COR, manufacturer specs, manuals, and warranty information for provided materials.
