Specific issues to address include suspected refrigerant leaks on the first floor and previously detected leaking elbow and couplings on the second floor.
Key requirements include providing all materials and labor for repairs, utilizing brazed fittings and refrigerant lines (no compression/crimped fittings), and recharging the system with R410A refrigerant (estimated up to 75 lbs). The contractor must conduct a complete system inspection, including pressure and vacuum testing, for both floors after repairs. All piping must be left insulated, and the Park Service will move obstructions for contractor access.
