Scope of Work
The contractor shall provide comprehensive grounds maintenance services, including all personnel, equipment, tools, and supervision. Services encompass:
- Maintenance of improved, semi-improved, Bird Area Strike Hazard (BASH), and unimproved grounds.
- Vegetative, inert, and rock bed maintenance, including bio-retention ponds.
- Drainage ditch maintenance, leaf removal, lawn conditioning (fertilization, aeration), and pest control.
- Tree services (pruning, trimming, removal), emergency services, xeriscaping, and special cuts for events.
- Compliance with federal, state, local, DoD, and Air Force regulations, particularly for pesticides and hazardous materials.
- Specific requirements for security, including Restricted Area Badges (RABs) and National Background Investigations (NBIS) for personnel.

- Contingency plans (complying with DFARS 252.237-7023).
- Spill control plans and off-site chemical mix plans.
- Proof of equipment for strip spraying.
- Understanding of RAB/background check requirements.

- Evaluation: Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose offer is most advantageous to the Government, considering Price and Technical factors. The Government intends to award without discussions.

Pricing for CLIN x021 is built into other line items.
