The selected contractor will provide comprehensive marshalling services for Government-owned or leased vehicles. This includes:

  • New Vehicle Delivery Acceptance: Receipt, inspection, and reporting within three business days.
  • License Plate and Fleet Services Card Management: Inventory, security, and management.
  • Vehicle Releasing & Receiving: Managing customer scheduling, inspection, and documentation for both new and used vehicles.
  • Vehicle Preparation: Preparing used vehicles for release to new customers within three business days.
  • 3rd Party Device Management: Installation, replacement, or removal of telematics and tracking devices.
  • Fueling and Charging: Adding fuel (minimum 3 gallons) or charging electric vehicles (up to 100-mile range).
  • Vehicle Movement: Relocating vehicles within specified mileage ranges (up to 50+ miles) within 2-5 business days of request.

An estimated 270 vehicles will be marshalled annually. The contractor must be the owner or legal lessee of a facility located within 20 miles of 220 E Rosser Ave, Bismarck, ND 58501.

Contract Details

  • Type: Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA)
  • Duration: 48 months, consisting of a 12-month base period (June 1, 2026 – May 31, 2027) and three 12-month option periods.
