Scope of Work

The contractor will provide customer-centric vehicle marshalling services for the GSA Office of Fleet Management. Key services include:

  • Inspecting and accepting new Federal government vehicles.
  • Managing license plates and GSA Fleet Services Cards.
  • Preparing vehicles for release to GSA customers, including cleaning and documentation.
  • Receiving and preparing used vehicles for release.
  • Installing, managing, replacing, or removing 3rd party telematics and other tracking/communication devices.
  • Fueling internal combustion engine vehicles and charging electric vehicles.
  • Transporting vehicles as required.
  • Maintaining inventory and reporting using GSA's eTools in GSAFleet.gov. The estimated annual volume is 220 vehicles. The contractor must be the owner or legal lessee of a facility located within 20 miles of 220 E Rosser Ave, Bismarck, ND 58501, and be available for vehicle acceptance/release for a minimum of 30 hours per week.
