Scope of Work
The awarded contractor will provide comprehensive marshalling services for new and existing Federal government vehicles. Key tasks include:
- Inspecting and accepting new vehicles.
- Managing license plates and GSA Fleet Services Cards.
- Preparing vehicles for release to GSA customers, including cleaning and documentation.
- Receiving and preparing used vehicles.
- Installing, managing, replacing, or removing 3rd party telematics and other tracking devices.
- Fueling internal combustion engine vehicles and charging electric vehicles.
- Transporting vehicles within specified mileage ranges.
- Maintaining inventory and reporting using GSA's eTools in GSAFleet.gov. The estimated annual volume is 220 vehicles.
Contract Details
