• Software Development Plan (SDP): The SDP requirement and related clauses (C-227-H007, E-246-H020, E-246-H023, CDRL A010) will be removed.
• Transition Period: The government expects a 30-day transition period.

Several sections of the solicitation will be updated based on these clarifications, including page limits, font requirements, past performance period, key personnel designations, and the removal of the SDP requirement. The government will provide a Word version of Attachment J.5 (Past Performance Reference) upon release of the RFP. Discrepancies between Attachment J8 (SOW) and Section C of the Solicitation will be resolved by removing SOW requirements from Section C and consolidating them into Attachment J.8.
