Scope of Work

Services also include the annual inspection, testing, and maintenance of one clean agent system (SHP PRO HFC-125) and semi-annual inspection, testing, and maintenance of four Ansul wet chemical kitchen systems (9 cylinders total). All services must comply with NFPA 10 and Joint Commission standards. Key deliverables include documentation, tagging, and immediate reporting of any malfunctioning equipment. Contract Details
This will be a Firm-Fixed-Price Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a base period from February 23, 2026, to February 22, 2027, and four subsequent 12-month option periods, extending through February 22, 2031. Submission & Evaluation
Quotes are due by March 12, 2026, at 3:00 PM EST. Submissions must be sent via email ONLY to April.Cotter@va.gov. Evaluation will be based on Lowest-Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA), considering price and compliance with submission instructions. Offerors must be registered in SAM. A mandatory form, VA Notice 852.219-75 ("Notice of Limitations on Subcontracting - Certificate of Compliance"), must be completed, signed, and returned with the proposal. No site visit is scheduled.
