• Performance Period Clarification: The Performance Period (PoP) is clarified. The work must be completed by March 30, 2026, or within 30 days of the site survey completion, whichever comes first. Work at the government site will not occur on Federal holidays unless directed by the Contracting Officer. The original solicitation's PoP of 03/01/2026-06/30/2026 is superseded by this amendment, and the completion date is subject to change based on the award date, with the requirement to be completed up to 90 days after the Award Date.

• Deviations/Deficiencies: Any identified deviations or deficiencies should be documented but will be addressed by VA staff or a separate contract. The contractor is not required to take corrective action before arriving on site.

• Site Visits: While consecutive site visits are ideal, splitting the work into several visits will be allowed depending on time constraints.

• References: The requirement for 10 references of similar projects is noted in Amendment 0001, Section J.

• Partial Payments: This contract will NOT provide partial payments. Payment will be made upon completion and acceptance of services.
