Quick Summary

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS), under the Department of the Interior, is soliciting proposals for a 10-year Multiple Award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Vehicle Maintenance and Repair Services in Region 4. This opportunity aims to establish a network of vendors across eight states, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Proposals are due April 3, 2026.

Scope of Work

Vendors will provide comprehensive maintenance, repairs, and parts replacement for motor vehicles as directed by refuge staff. Services include diagnostics, fluid and filtration services, electronics, coolant systems, hydrostatic systems, steering/brake components, engine/powertrain, paint/body, glass, undercarriage, and other operating systems. Services can be performed at the vendor's shop or in the field, including associated travel. Trailers with license plates are also covered. The place of performance is within Region 4 (AL, AR, FL, GA, KY, LA, MS, NC, SC, TN, PR, USVI) or within 150 miles of the vehicle's location.
