Contract Details

- Individual Call Limit: Up to $1,000,000. Individual field station personnel are limited to $2,500.00 per call.

- Set-Aside: 20% of BPA awards are reserved for small businesses.

- Evaluation Factors: Technical Acceptability and Price. Technical acceptability requires a statement confirming ability to perform and certified mechanics. Price evaluation will assess hourly labor rates for in-shop repair, diagnostics, and travel. BPA Calls over $2,500 will be evaluated as either Best Value Trade Off or Low Price Technically Acceptable.

Payment requests must be submitted electronically through the U.S. Department of the Treasury's Invoice Processing Platform (IPP). Authorized callers include US Fish and Wildlife Service Region 4 employees who have completed government purchase/fleet card training, Budget Specialists, and warranted FWS contracting officers.
