• Provide preventative maintenance (PM), repair, and breakdown services for all elevators and dumbwaiters.

• Services must comply with ASME Safety Code requirements, manufacturer recommendations, the Elevator Field Employees' Safety Handbook, National Electrical Code, and all other applicable laws and regulations.

• Full maintenance includes all necessary services, repairs, inspections, and testing to ensure elevators and dumbwaiters are always operational (except for scheduled downtime).

• All labor, parts, and materials, including shipping, are to be provided by the contractor.

• Maintenance must be in accordance with ASME Safety Code requirements and other applicable standards.
