Scope of Work
The contractor will furnish all management, supervision, labor, materials, equipment, tools, supplies, consumables, and parts for the service, maintenance, and repair of various fire alarm and suppression systems. This includes:
- Scheduled Services: Annual, semi-annual, and quarterly inspections and testing of fire alarm control panels, initiating/indicating devices, power supplies, annunciators, batteries, digital voice controls, wet/dry sprinkler systems, hydrants, fire pumps, and dry chemical (hood) systems.
- Unscheduled/Emergency Service: On-site response within 2 hours, with corrections or contingency plans within 4 hours of arrival, available 24/7/365.
- Compliance: All work must adhere to specified National Fire Prevention Association (NFPA) standards (e.g., NFPA 25, 72, 13, 20, 291, 96) and Joint Commission Inspection Requirements.
- Reporting: Submission of completed inspection forms within 3 business days and maintenance of a record log for all repairs and abnormal findings.
- Qualifications: Contractors must be qualified, licensed service technicians, with at least one technician certified in Notifier Onyx Series factory training.
