Scope of Work
The contractor will provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, and equipment for emergency service and maintenance of fire alarm systems, wet/dry sprinkler systems, hydrants, fire pumps, dry chemical (hood) systems, backflows, and standpipes across 23 specific buildings. Services include scheduled (annual, semi-annual, quarterly, and 5-year comprehensive inspections) and unscheduled/emergency repairs, troubleshooting, and ground fault repair. All work must comply with NFPA standards (25, 72, 13, 20, 291, 96) and Joint Commission requirements. Emergency services require a qualified technician on-site within 2 hours, with corrections or a contingency plan within 4 hours of arrival (24/7/365). Inspection forms must be submitted within 3 business days.
