Scope of Work

- COR-Directed Services: System checks requested by the COR beyond minimum frequencies will be handled by onsite personnel during normal operational hours at no extra cost.
- Emergency Response: Daily remote temperature adjustments and system monitoring are required, necessitating technician availability for potential daily callouts.
- Training: Siemens will be required to provide training to technicians.
Contractor Qualifications
Offerors must provide factory-trained and certified Apogee Field Service Personnel with a minimum of three years' experience, licensed and authorized by Siemens. Personnel require a favorable basic security check.
