This solicitation is for an annual service agreement for preventive and corrective maintenance of Medivator endoscope reprocessors at the Saginaw VA Medical Center. The Biomedical department lacks the specialized equipment and trained technicians to perform this service.

• Furnish all supervision, labor, travel, equipment, parts (excluding consumables), and supplies for preventive and corrective maintenance.

• Maintain and provide access to proprietary software for the Medivator endoscope reprocessors (Serial Numbers: 13136842 and 13136843).

• Perform all manufacturer-specified scheduled maintenance as per the Manufacturer’s Service Manual.

• Use Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts for all maintenance and repair services.

• Provide a Service Report within 6 work days after completion of service, detailing contract PO number, dates, equipment ID, complaint, problems found, parts installed, and work performed.

• Only manufacturer-trained service engineers/technicians are permitted to perform services and repairs.

• Contractor must be authorized by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) to perform maintenance and repair services.

• Contract Type: Firm-Fixed-Price.

• Contract Period: Base period (02-12-2026 to 02-11-2027) with four (4) option periods.

• Estimated Value: $34 Million (This appears to be an estimate for the total contract value, not necessarily for the base year).
