• One vendor's equipment used the Niagara framework and had drivers for JCI software but did not provide sufficient technical data for evaluation.
• Another vendor expressed interest but had not yet provided requested information.

The Project Manager and Contracting Officer determined that these submissions did not meet the salient characteristics specified, and therefore, JCI remains the only responsible source.

Future Competition: Market research will be conducted for future projects to identify new technologies and potential sources. The government will consider any compatible products submitted during future source selection processes.
