Evaluation & Submission

  • Submission Method: Multiple hard-copy volumes with accompanying electronic submission on CD. Electronic submission via PIEE is not accepted as a primary method.
  • Site Visit: A pre-proposal site visit was scheduled for May 19, 2026. Attendees were required to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
