- Installing a motorized damper system for integration with the existing Carrier HVAC system.

- Disposing of old equipment in compliance with EPA regulations.

Site Logistics
The server room is on the second floor, accessible by an elevator with a 4000 lbs capacity (4ft W, 6.5ft L, 7.3ft H). The evaporator unit has a 3ft door access to the hallway. The condenser is on the 3rd-floor roof, requiring crane access only from the SW corner of the building. Existing line sets are operational and in use.
