Scope of Work
The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and services to remove the existing air-cooled Leibert HVAC system and install a new Liebert PDX Air-Cooled System (or equivalent) with a remote condensing unit. Key tasks include:
- Providing and installing a motorized damper system for switching cooling air between the new Liebert unit and the existing Carrier HVAC system, integrated with the HVAC control system.
- Providing crane service for both removal and installation of equipment.
