Scope of Work

The contractor is responsible for all labor, materials, equipment, engineering, delivery, and 24-hour support, including maintenance, engine oil, and other fluids. The government will provide necessary cables and fuel. Performance standards include Tier 4 emissions compliance, EPA standards, and emergency response within 1 hour (on-site within 3 hours). Annual load bank testing is required.
