Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide five trailer-mounted, 1000kW, 3-phase, 450V, Tier 4 diesel generators to support fleet operations for COMSUBRON6 at Naval Station Norfolk, Virginia.

• Provide five 1000kW, 3-phase, 450V, Tier 4 diesel generators, trailer-mounted for movability.

• Generators must be capable of delivering a maximum of 1600 amps, with four cable outputs capable of pulling 400 amps per cable.

• The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, engineering, delivery, and other services.

• Generators must be delivered in good working condition and meet all applicable safety and operational standards.

• The contractor shall ensure base access for servicing and perform maintenance during the period of performance.

• Provide 24-hour support for generators.

• The government will be responsible for fueling and DEF (if applicable).

• The contractor is responsible for engine oil and all other fluids.

• Generators must be Tier 4 emissions compliant.
