Scope of Work

- Scheduled and non-scheduled system maintenance and repair coverage, with a minimum 4-hour response time.
- Annual renewal license for Lenel Pro SUPS.
- Preventive maintenance on LENEL Controllers, Door Contacts, Card Readers/SECACC Keypads, Door Strikes, Software on Government Computers, and Badge Printers.
- Support for 84 service calls annually (maximum 7 per month, with rollover allowed).
- Upgrade from the current Lenel OnGuard Version 7.6 to Version 8.1, as 7.6 is no longer permitted on government networks. The new contract must provide Version 8.1.
- Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) for replacement parts.
