Scope of Work
This opportunity requires the provision of Level 1 Tube Connectors in accordance with attached documents, specifically Technical Data Package (TDP) PN-TDP-0162. These connectors are designated as "SPECIAL EMPHASIS material" due to their critical use in shipboard systems. Key technical requirements include:
- Adherence to Honeywell International Inc. drawing 3799950, Find No. 33, with specified modifications.
- Material must be SAE-AMS-QQ-S-763, class 302 or 304, with quantitative chemical and mechanical analysis.
- Required testing includes Intergranular Corrosion Test.
- Welding and allied processes must be performed by qualified personnel.
- No mercury or mercury-containing compounds are permitted.
- A Certificate of Compliance is mandatory.

Eligibility & Submission Requirements
To be considered for award, both the manufacturer and the prime vendor (if not the manufacturer) must possess an ISO 9001 certificate and a QA Manual (dated/reviewed within the last 3 years), and have completed a site visit. Quotes must include:
- Price(s) and FOB point.
- Cage Code, point of contact name and phone number.
- GSA contract number (if applicable) and business size under the NAICS Code.
- Indication of payment preference (GCPC or WAWF).
- Clear demonstration of capability to meet all specifications. Required Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) items (Exhibits A & B) include Inspection and Test Plans, Certification Data for Special Emphasis Material, and Certification/Data Reports for testing. These must be submitted to Portsmouth Naval Shipyard for review and acceptance prior to shipment.
