  • Ninemile Ranger Station: Replacement of the water distribution system and the wastewater collection system. This includes base items such as transmission mains, gate valves, hydrants, sewer mains, cleanouts, and manholes. An optional item includes a bypass system for tanks, telemetry controls, and associated electrical work.
  • St. Regis Work Center: Replacement of the wastewater collection system, including new sewer collection mains, manholes, service connections, and a new wastewater treatment system with a septic tank and pressure-dosed drainfield. Existing septic tanks and lift stations will be abandoned. Note: The water system improvements for St. Regis are explicitly excluded from this contract and will be advertised separately.

Contract Details

  • Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price (Combined Synopsis/Solicitation - RFQ).
  • Period of Performance: Work to be completed by October 1, 2027.
  • NAICS Code: 237110 (Water and Sewer Line and Related Structures Construction) with a $45.0 Million size standard.
  • Set-Aside: Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5).
  • Bonds:
    • Bid Bond/Offer Guarantee: 20% required if the quote exceeds $150,000 (use SF 24).
    • Performance & Payment Bonds: 100% of original contract price required if value exceeds $150,000, due 10 days after award. Payment protections (irrevocable letter of credit or payment bond) required for contracts between $35,000 and $150,000, due within 10 days of award.

  • Questions & Answers (Feb 18, 2026): Clarified that no liquidated damages are associated with the contract, the warranty will follow FAR 52.212-4 (r) and 52.246-21, and there are no Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) requirements. Contractors must comply with state insurance laws. CAD files will not be supplied during solicitation.
