The contractor will provide full personnel, management, and resources for Medical Logistics Warehouse Operations Services to support the National Guard Bureau Minnesota Medical Material Warehouse (M3W). Key tasks include supply activity support, property account management, disassembly, recovery, and classification of medical equipment sets, revitalization, and building Sets Kits & Outfits (SKO). Services also involve managing storage, equipment coordination, supply chain operations, maintaining records using MEDLOG and GCSS-Army, executing shipping/receiving, conducting inventory audits, and managing equipment disposition.
