Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

This Performance Work Statement (PWS) outlines the requirements for Medical Logistic Warehouse Operations Services to support the National Guard Bureau Minnesota Medical Material Warehouse (M3W). The M3W is critical for national-level medical logistics, including rapid response during domestic operations and preparation of mobilized units.

• Provide personnel, equipment, and services for supply activity support and property account management.

• Perform disassembly, recovery, and classification of medical equipment sets.

• Revitalize medical equipment sets and build Sets Kits & Outfits (SKO).

• Manage storage, equipment coordination, and supply chain operations.

• Maintain accurate records using the MEDLOG property application and Global Combat Support System – Army (GCSS-A).

• Execute shipping and receiving of items, conduct inventory audits, and manage disposition of excess equipment via the Medical Equipment Set (MES) Decision Support Tool (DST) and Defense Reutilization and Marketing Office (DRMO).
