This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, specifically "Modular Walls," prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR Part 13. This announcement serves as the sole solicitation; quotes are requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The acquisition is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside.

• The contractor shall provide one (1) "Modular Wall Kit."

• The modular wall kit must be in accordance with the attached "Salient Characteristics" (Attachment 1).

• The contractor shall include all shipping costs to Fairchild AFB, WA.

• Delivery is required within a specified number of days After Contract Delivery (ADC); actual lead time must be provided.

• The contract will be a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract.

• FOB: Destination.

• Supplies/Services will be inspected and accepted at the Destination.

• The Government does not intend to incorporate options.

• The Government intends to issue a Purchase Order.

• RFQ Number: FA462026QA206.

• Quotes are due by 10:00 AM PT on February 26, 2026.

• Questions pertaining to the RFQ are due by 10:00 AM PT on February 19, 2026.

• Quotes must be submitted via email to SSgt Alexis Grimes (alexis.grimes@us.af.mil) and Sarah O'Neil (sarah.oneil.1@us.af.mil).

• Prices must remain firm for 30 calendar days from the quote submission date.

• Award will be made to the responsible vendor whose quote, conforming to the RFQ, is most advantageous to the government, considering price and other factors.

• Evaluation factors include Price and SPRS (Supplier Performance Risk System).

• This acquisition is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside.

• North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code: 332999 (All Other Miscellaneous Fabricated Metal Product Manufacturing) with a size standard of 750 employees.

• Product and Service Code (PSC): 5410 (Prefabricated and Portable Buildings).

• All prospective offerors must be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. Lack of SAM registration will make an offeror ineligible for award.

• Funds are not presently available for this effort; no award will be made until funds are available.

• The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation at any time.

• The Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs incurred.

• Electronic versions of all documents must be provided if quotes are mailed or hand-delivered.

• .zip files are not acceptable, and emails over 10 MB may not be received.

• The government intends to award a contract without interchanges, but reserves the right to conduct them.
