- Panel Construction: Minimum 85 panels (4' x 8-10'), including 8-16 doors (half opening inward/outward), with at least 4 "breach style" doors featuring replaceable locking mechanisms. Windows are optional but must not have openable spaces.
- Frame Construction: Lightweight vertical uprights, horizontal stabilizer bars, and sufficient connectors.
