  • Portability: Easy to assemble, disassemble, and transport by two people.
  • Panel Construction: Minimum of eighty-five (85) 4' x 7-10' light weight panels, including eight (8) to fifteen (15) "breach style" doors. Windows are optional; if included, they must not create an open, operable space.
  • Frame Construction: Lightweight uprights, stabilizers, and connectors for full panel/door/window use.
  • Assembled Area Coverage: Minimum 1,800 sq/ft to a maximum of 2,500 sq/ft.
  • Usage: For indoor use only.
  • Panel Color: Must match an industrial or prison style façade, with acceptable colors being natural brown, dark grey, or black.
• Delivery: To 900 Artillery Rd., Building 1207, Fairchild AFB, WA 99011.

Amendment / Modification

This amendment to Solicitation FA462026QA206 serves to:

1. Publish Questions and Answers:

   • Award Criteria: Clarifies that quotes will be evaluated by Price and SPRS (Subcontractor Performance Rating System) per DFARS 252.204-7024, not solely by lowest bidder.
   • Salient Characteristics: Removes example/options parts lists from Salient Characteristics to reduce confusion. Vendors whose systems meet the Salient Characteristics and are SAM.gov registered small businesses will be considered.
   • Windows: Windows are no longer required. If offered, panels must be covered and unable to be opened. Refer to revised Salient Characteristics.
   • Lite Breach Doors: Lite breach doors are required. Refer to revised Salient Characteristics.
   • Alternate Bids: Multiple quotes can be submitted to address a range of doors and windows.
   • Wall System Use: The wall system will be used indoors only and does not require pressure treatment. Refer to revised Salient Characteristics.
   • Panel Color: Panel color should match an industrial or prison style façade. Acceptable colors include natural brown, dark grey, or black. Refer to revised Salient Characteristics.

2. Incorporate Revised Salient Characteristics: Attaches "Attach. 1: Salient Characteristics Rev 01".

• Vendors are instructed to fill out blocks 15a, 15b, and 15c and provide a copy with their proposal.
