Scope of Work
This non-personal services requirement involves providing Purina brand military working dog food upon request. Key performance requirements include:
- Delivering full orders within seven (7) calendar days of receiving an order.
- Emergency orders must be delivered within 48 hours.
- Food must be within three (3) months of the manufacture date.
- Damaged bags or cans must be replaced at no additional cost; shipments with pest damage will be rejected.
- Deliveries are to specific locations at JBSA Lackland, TX, primarily 1239 Knight Street Bldg 7487 and secondarily Patrol Road Bldg 468 Chapman Training Annex. Delivery trucks should be on-site between 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. CDT for unloading.
- The Non-Manufacturer Rule will apply.
