The scope also includes new parapet wall flashing, top cap, and the salvaging and reinstallation of grounding rods. Compliance with GSA, NRCA, IBC, and NFPA standards is mandatory, along with providing a 15-year warranty with 100 MPH wind protection. Amendment 0004 indicates an updated Statement of Work with revised roofing material requirements. The building will remain operational during the reroofing process.
