This solicitation is for a construction contract for the North Calais IA - LPOE Roof Replacement project. The General Services Administration (GSA) requires the removal and replacement of the TPO roof of the commercial building located at the Calais IA LPOE due to severe wind damage. • Removal of existing TPO roofing, Dens Deck, and insulation.
