Installation of approximately 30,400 sqft of 60 mil Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) roofing membrane using low-rise urethane adhesive.
Installation of new parapet wall flashing and top cap (approx. 700 sqft vertical TPO).
Salvaging and reinstallation of grounding rods and wire where possible, and final sealing of all penetrations.
Compliance with GSA, NRCA, IBC, and NFPA standards.
Provision of a 15-year warranty with 100 MPH wind protection. The building will remain operational during the re-roofing process.
