- Frequency: Weekly from April to July (estimated 18 services) and bi-weekly from August to September (estimated 4 services).
- Standards: Maintain grass height between 2" – 4 ½", trim at or below ground level, remove cut grass from paved areas, and clear fallen limbs/loose rock.
- The contractor must provide all necessary equipment, materials, transportation, labor, and supervision.
