To provide mowing and trimming services for grass, weeds, and brush sprouts at the North River Ranger District Administrative Site.

• Period: April through September (base period plus 4 option periods).

• Mowing shall start no later than the second week of April and end the last week of September.

• Grass height to be maintained between 2" – 4 ½".

• Trimming to be at or below ground level, not leaving sprouts.

• Mowing work is complete only after trimming around all specified areas is finished.

• Contractor will be allowed four (4) working days, Monday through Friday, to perform work, subject to weather and COR approval.

• Performance will be monitored by the COR through inspections and customer complaints.

• Contractor must have previous knowledge and experience in ground maintenance and mowing services.

• Contractor must provide necessary equipment.

• Documentation of qualifications and experience is required.

• Contractor shall provide key personnel names in writing to the COR upon award.
