Scope of Work
This opportunity requires an OEM Service Technician to perform repairs and inspections of VESTDAVIT Controllers, specifically terminal/radio control units with IDs: ID50030 + D55278/55279. The contractor will be responsible for:
- Testing and troubleshooting failures.
- Providing Condition Found Reports to MSCREP.
- Repairing, testing, and certifying the controllers.
- Providing electronic copies of certificates to the Military Sealift Command (MSC).
- Packaging and marking items according to DODMANUAL 4140.01, VOLUME 9, ASTM D3951, and ISPM standards.
- Ensuring shipments are via fully traceable commercial freight.
MSC will coordinate the shipment of controllers to and from the VESTDAVIT Repair Facility, including pick-up of repaired controllers for transport to the MSC Singapore Warehouse.
